By placing an order with EyeglassesList, you are agreeing to the following terms. These policies are designed to ensure a clear understanding of our refund and return procedures. 

30-Day Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30 day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or refund. To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. When you make a return request, please provide our after sales team with a receipt or proof of purchase via email.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

1.Your item must be unused and in the same condition unless faulty/damaged.

2.The item must be in resalable condition with no scratches or defects.

3.The item must have been returned in its original manufacturer's box and packaging.

4.You received the wrong item.

5.Your item arrives damaged or broken.

6.Your item was lost in transit.

Warranty Information

Our products come with a six-month warranty. During this period, we will provide repair or replacement services for any quality problems caused by defective materials or workmanship. The warranty period is calculated from the date you receive the product.

Exclusions from Warranty:

1.Human damage: Damage caused by drops, impacts or improper handling.

2.Improper use: Use that exceeds the intended use or technical specifications of the product.

3.Normal wear: Wear caused by long-term use.

4.External factors: Damage caused by external factors, such as water intrusion, fire, lightning, or other natural actions.

Return Process:

If you need a return or refund, please first contact us at info@EyeglassesList.com We will then review your request and provide you with some possible solutions or results of your request. If your return request is approved, we will send you a return mailing label stating how and where the package will be sent. We will not accept products that are returned without prior application.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please check after receiving the order and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or incorrect. We will evaluate and correct the problem as soon as possible. If you need to return a product, please contact us via email. Delivery times for replacement products may vary depending on your region.

 Exchanges

We only replace products that are defective, incorrect or received with the wrong size. If you need to replace items, please contact us at info@EyeglassesList.com.

Return Shipping Fees

If the product is damaged, delivered incorrectly or defective, we will bear the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Refunds

After we receive and review your return, we will notify you of the status of the refund. If approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days and automatically transfer the refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for a bank or credit card company to process refunds.
